Nichole Cook, vice president of finance at Ozarks Healthcare, said the organization was delighted to welcome Koch and his skills to their diet department.
“Kurstin’s skills and passion for nutrition is a huge asset to the well-being of our patients at Ozarks Healthcare,” said Cook. “Kurstin has allowed us to expand our nutrition services for patients, which often benefits them beyond their hospital stay. In many cases, Kurstin is able to educate patients about supplements that can be used or lifestyle changes that can be made to help them enjoy their best quality of life after discharge from a hospital. . Kurstin is not only a valuable resource for Ozarks Healthcare, but also for our community. ”
